Ever had a real argument about what kind of pet is the best? A good friend of mine gets into actual arguments over the benefits of a cat compared to a dog. He really does care - it is kinda sad.

We’ve got four contestants for the best animal today - first up is Kerrie with a great animal that shoots electricity out his nose to find food.

A platypus, a animal you rarely see,
is the cutest animal there ever can be.

I hear there are only 300 species of platypus around the world today - they certainly aren’t seen a lot here in Australia.

‘R’ suggests something more in the feline category as the best animal in the world…

To me I think

But no Jen isn’t so happy with cats - she’s more of a duck person than anything else. I’m beginning to think that men don’t have any opinions about animals. There are so many cool animals in the world - like hippos who fart out their mouths. I mean how much more ‘man’ can you get?!

DUCKS! It’s just in the way they waddle and quack - they obviously heard an oboe and thought - “let’s sound like that!’

Rebecca knows what’s going on when she suggests the dung beetle.

Making the most of a bad situation, the dung beetle takes dung, builds homes from it, eats it, also stopping us from eating the beetle.

Or what about the giraffe? The giraffe doesn’t have a voice box and thus makes no noise. Plus they have an amazing circulation to just get the blood from their body up to their head without too much or too little force. A little too much and they would have exploding heads! Now that would be an animal.
